          近期，Journal of Mountain Science（以下简称JMS）编辑部接到读者和投稿作者举报，发现在网络上有不法分子通过电子邮箱（mailprofessor450@gmail.com），冒用我刊主编崔鹏（Editor in Chief）的名义，向外发送培训通知或其它消费信息，从事相关不法商业或诈骗活动，该行为严重损害了我单位的名称权、名誉权等合法权益，并造成了不良社会影响。为此JMS编辑部发表声明如下：

        我刊在请求作者、审稿人、编委处理与版面费、稿费、审稿费有关的事项时，均通过期刊官方邮箱jms@imde.ac.cn发送邮件，不会通过其他邮箱处理与钱款有关的事项。

        JMS编辑部从未以培训、收售教材等项目名义，发送任何与商业盈利有关的信息，亦没有委托任何个人或组织进行此类活动。任何以上述名义面向个人或企业开展的活动均与本编辑部无关，对其侵害我部合法权益的行为，我刊及其所在单位将保留追究有关侵权人法律责任的权利。

        敬请与本刊相关的编委、作者、审稿人提高警惕，避免上当受骗，一旦发现此类情况，请及时与JMS编辑部联系确认（办公室：86-28-85252044，联系人：邱老师）。如遇诈骗信息，立即向当地公安机关报案。

Official Statement of Journal of Mountain Science Editorial Office

         Recently, the editorial office of Journal of Mountain Science (JMS) of Institute of Mountain Hazards and Environment (IMHE), CAS received complaints from readers and authors who reported that they received e-mails from some faked electronic e-mail boxes  (i.e. mailprofessor450@gmail.com) issuing training notice and other consumption information in the name of Prof. CUI Peng, the Editor in Chief of JMS. This kind of behavior seriously damaged the legal interest of Prof. CUI Peng and brought about negative social impact. Therefore, the editorial office of Journal of Mountain Science issues the following statement:

1. JMS editorial office only use official e-mail box (jms@imde.ac.cn) to send e-mails to the authors, the reviewers, the editorial members when payment is involved.

2. JMS editorial office never sends information in the name of selling training materials, nor authorizes any single person or organization to carry out this kind of acitivities. Any illegal business activities relating to the above issue have nothing to do with JMS.  JMS editorial office and IMHE will reserve the rights to take legal action to any single person or organization who violates the legal rights of the journal and the editors of the journal.

JMS editorial office calls attention to all the editorial members, authors and reviewers to keep alert to such illegal business frauds and avoid being deceived. Once you encounter such situation, please report to the editorial office of JMS (Tel. 86-028-85252044; Contact person: Mrs. Qiu; email: qiudunlian@imde.ac.cn). If you have suffered loss from the fraud, please report to your local police office immediately.
