JMS Editors held scientific writing workshop in Southwest University

At the invitation of Associate Prof. YANG Shuping, JMS (Journal of Mountain Science) editors held a workshop about scientific writing in College of Resources and Environment, Southwest University in Chongqing, Southwest China. More than 30 teachers and students attended the workshop.

Dr. CHEN hong, the Vice Dean of the college introduced the college's research fields and graduate students education to the editors.

Prof. QIU Dunlian, the Executive Editor in Chief of JMS made a brief introduction on the developmental history of the journal, requirements on manuscript preparation and submission, manuscript processing procedure and some key points that Chinese authors should pay special attention to. This communication with the teachers and students is helpful for the editors to recruit high quality manuscripts from this college, and at the same time to let the journals more popular in the college.
